I was delighted to invite School Crossing Patrol officers from across the borough for a Christmas Party and lunch in the Mayors parlour at Lambeth Town Hall.

They do a fantastic job braving all weathers to help ensure our chrildren get to school safely.
It was a wonderful lunch and a great chance to hear some of their stories about life on the school crossings. They truly are dedicated and an invaluable part of our local community.
