This is an amazing piece extremely sad and unfortunately all to true in many lives. You did a great to remind people that there is suffering and unheard plees for help. Your poem has a great flow and imagery the pulse was quite melodic.

Egads, Chris...I "tinks" you're gonna be one of my favorite poets on this forum! OH!...dar-gone-chilly-analogy! Excellent emotion...brilliant word-mix to convey your gut feelings. Your poetry is raw and relevant! A poet who is NOT afraid to spell it plain and simple...Simply brilliant! Peace always, J.

Very well written piece but so sad, tragic even. The character at the very pit of desperation. By the way, I've gone through some of your writings and they are so sad and crushing, but well-written of course. Your themes remind me so much of my favorite country artist Kris Kristofferson, most of whose writings are so very beautifully crafted but sad. I guess sometimes it takes sadness for a poet to really become one with his poem. Very good job here, Christopher. Regards, Fred

Another painful glimpse into your tortured childhood. Totally unbearable. I do not know how one ever recovers and I do hope you have gotten help and support. Your writing is so deeply effective, it takes us there, it is difficult just to read, to know...so sorry. Wishing you well. Love, Shar

This made me cry. I get so mad when I see, or know someone is being mean to another human being. Your friend in poetry, Christy
